Our place, Crumbs Baking Private Limited, is tucked away in the Gangapur Gini Press Compound. You can find us on Sahakarsabhagruh Rd, right near Station Road in the Market Yard area. It’s a busy spot with lots of trucks and people moving around all day. Being in the Market Yard means there is always something happening. We’ve been here for a while now. The compound is an old industrial kind of place, which fits us just fine. We aren't looking for a fancy storefront. We just need space for our ovens and our ingredients. Crumbs Baking Private Limited is what we call ourselves. We spend a lot of time cleaning up bits of flour and crumbs—hence the name, I guess. It’s a lot of hard work. The heat from the ovens can be intense, especially during the summer months. But we’ve got a routine down now. We walk the same halls of the Gangapur Gini Press Compound every day. Sahakarsabhagruh Rd is usually packed, so getting in and out takes a bit of patience. We just stay focused on what’s in front of us. No fancy mission statements here. Just people working in a bakery in the middle of a busy market area. We keep things plain and simple because that’s what works for us. It is a long day every day, but we are used to the noise and the constant motion around the market yard.
