Citizen Metalloys P.Ltd. is tucked away in the basement of Asha Arcades. Units 4 and 5, to be exact. We are in the New Mumbai - Agro area, right near the Dwarka Weigh Building. Being in a basement means we don't get much sunlight, but it stays a bit cooler during the Mumbai summers. It is a busy industrial zone. There is always the sound of heavy trucks going to the weigh building nearby. Our space is filled with metal and the tools we use to process it. It’s not a clean or quiet place. It’s a workshop. We have grease on our clothes and metal dust on the floors. We don't have a fancy "About Us" page because we are too busy working. We don't use words like "innovation" or "excellence." We just measure, cut, and ship. The team here is small but we know the business well. We’ve been at Asha Arcades for years. The walls are covered in old calendars and notes scribbled in marker. It’s a real place where real things happen. We don't pretend to be a massive corporation. We are just Citizen Metalloys P.Ltd. doing metal work in a basement. If you come by, you’ll probably find us mid-task. We don't stop for much, except maybe for a quick lunch at one of the stalls nearby. It is a tough job, but it is what we do. No more, no less.
