Circuits & Controls

Down in the MIDC area, you’ll find us at Plot No. 28 in the flatted industrial estate. Circuits & Controls is based in unit D-15. It’s one of those buildings where there are many different businesses all under one roof. You can hear the sounds of machinery from the other units through the walls. Our space is filled with wires, circuit boards, and small tools. It’s the kind of place where you have to watch where you step because there might be a component on the floor. We spend a lot of time bent over workbenches with soldering irons or testing meters. It can be tedious work, but someone has to do it. The lighting is bright so we can see the small parts. We don't have much room for a break area, so we just clear a corner of a table when it's time to eat. The estate is a bit grey and dusty, but it’s where all the actual making happens. We’ve been here since the early days and have seen many neighbors come and go. Our door is usually open to let some air in, though it doesn't help much in the summer. We aren't big on titles or formal stuff. We just know who is good at what and we get on with the jobs as they come in. It’s a humble setup, but it’s ours.
