The office for Ci-El Business Circle C.L Kulkarni is located in Pathak Estate, right across from Hotel Sandeep on Old Agra Road. It’s a busy stretch of road, and you can always hear the horns and the rumble of the buses passing by at all hours. The estate itself has seen better days, but it’s home to us and several other local businesses that have been around for a while. We spend a lot of time at our desks dealing with the daily grind of paperwork and phone calls. C.L. We know the guys at the hotel across the street pretty well since that’s where we usually go for a quick tea or to meet someone when our office gets too cramped. It’s a practical environment where we don’t worry about appearances much. We just focus on the task at hand and try to get through the work before the day ends.
