You can find us in Soygaon, Malegaon, right near Bajarang Colony. We are located below Ravindra Medical and across from the D K Pan Stall. It’s a busy corner. We do catering and we provide tents for all kinds of gatherings. It’s a lot of physical work, moving heavy poles and big cooking pots. My family started this because there was always a need for good food and a roof over people's heads during functions. Our office isn't much, just a place to store the equipment and meet with families. We don't use fancy terms for our food. It's just local stuff that people like to eat. We spend a lot of time in the kitchen or out in a field somewhere setting up a tent. Sometimes the weather doesn't help, and we have to work through the rain or the heat. In Malegaon, everyone knows everyone, so news travels fast if you do a good job. We don’t have a big marketing plan. We just show up on time and try to make enough food for everyone. Sometimes we run out of something and have to rush to the market. It happens in this line of work. We’ve been below the medical store for quite a while now and we know all the locals. The smell of the pan stall across the road is something we’ve gotten used to every afternoon. It’s just us, working hard every day to keep the business going.
