People around Shahad know where we are because we have been part of this community for a long time. Being a hospital trust means we have a lot of different things going on at once. Sometimes there is a wait, but we do what we can to move things along. It’s mostly about serving the local workers and families who live nearby. It is a reliable spot for the neighborhood. We don't have a lot of fancy decorations, just the equipment and the rooms needed to help people get better and go home. You can hear the sounds of the town outside, but inside we just focus on the patients and the paperwork that comes with running a trust hospital.
