We are over at Mahatma Nagar in Nashik. Our office is in the Apurva building, house number 15. This is one of the older parts of the city and it has a very lived-in feel to it. We aren't a massive factory, just a local office that handles the business side of things. The pincode is 422007. We’ve been here for a long time and have seen the neighborhood change around us. It used to be much quieter, but now there are more shops and cars. Our team is small and we don't really have a hierarchy. Everyone just chips in where they are needed. We spend our days answering emails and keeping track of the inventory. The office doesn't have any flashy decorations. It’s just functional. We have a small pantry where we make our own coffee and tea. It feels more like a home office than a big company headquarters. We don't write big reports or have long meetings. We just focus on the daily tasks and make sure our customers get what they need. It is a straightforward way to work. If you come by, you’ll probably find us sorting through some ledgers or talking to a driver about a delivery. It is just a regular day for us and we like it that way. No big sales talk here, just the usual work and occasional chai breaks.
