Bhavik Realtors Llp is located on the third floor of the Bhavik Capital building. We’re right off Sharanpur Road, which is a pretty well-known spot because we are right across from Kulkarni Garden. If you know where the Karur Vysya Bank is, we are just upstairs from them. It’s a good location, easy for people to find because the garden is such a big landmark. We handle all sorts of real estate business here. Mostly it’s about shops and offices, but we do some residential stuff too. The office is usually busy during the day. We have people coming in to check on their applications or just to see what’s new on the market. Being on Sharanpur Road means there is always something going on outside. We can see the garden from the building, which is nice when things get stressful. We’ve been at this for a while. It’s not always easy, especially when the market is slow, but we keep showing up. We deal with a lot of different people, from shop owners to families. We don’t have a big marketing team or anything like that. It’s just us. We answer the phones, we show the properties, and we try to get the documents right. It’s a lot of small details that you have to watch out for. Most people who come to us are looking for something specific in this part of town. It's just how we run things here.
