Bhalchandra D Karve & Associates

Bhalchandra D Karve & Associates is based out of 1364 Karve Bunglow. We are right on Sharanpur Road in the Tilakwadi part of Nashik. A good way to find us is to look for the Nashik Mayor’s Residence, we are quite near that. Working out of a bungalow feels a lot different than being in a tall glass building. It has a more grounded feel, which we prefer. The walls are thick and it stays relatively cool even when the sun is beating down on Sharanpur Road. We’ve been here for a long time and the bungalow has become part of our daily identity. There’s a bit of a garden area, or at least some greenery around the entrance, which is nice to look at during breaks. We don't really do the whole corporate image thing. Our desks are cluttered with folders and we use regular chairs. It’s a place where work actually happens instead of just looking like it does. The traffic on Sharanpur Road can get loud during rush hour, but inside the bungalow, it’s mostly just the sound of typing or someone on the phone. Visitors usually find it easy to get here because the Mayor's place is such a well-known spot. We like the stability of being in a fixed house like this. It feels like we are part of the street’s history. Just a local office doing what we do every day. It's a simple life and a simple office setup.
