Bhalchandra Chaware

I’m usually here at the shop in Adwait Colony early most mornings. Nashik is getting busier, especially around Canada Corner, so if you’re coming from the Sai Sports side, you know how the traffic gets. We’ve been at this spot for a while now. It’s a decent space, Shop No 1, nothing too fancy but it works for what we do. Ishakrupa is a familiar building to most people in the neighborhood. Some days the fan just moves the warm air around and we keep the door open to catch a breeze. People stop by, sometimes just to ask for directions or because they saw the name Bhalchandra Chaware on the board outside. We mostly just focus on getting the day's work done. There is always some paperwork or a customer waiting. It’s not like those big corporate offices you see in the city center. We keep things pretty simple here. My desk is usually a bit of a mess with notes and bits of paper everywhere. Sometimes we grab tea from the stall nearby when things get slow in the afternoon. It’s just how it is. Being near Canada Corner means there is always something happening outside. You hear the bikes and the local chatter all day long. We don't really do big speeches about what we do. We just open up, handle the tasks, and head home when the sun goes down. It is a practical way to run things and it keeps us busy enough.
