It can be a bit loud with all the traffic outside, but once you step into Shreyas Plaza, it settles down a little bit. We focus on endoscopy here, which means we have a lot of specific equipment to look after. The space isn't huge, but we make the most of it. We have a small reception area and then the rooms where we do the actual work. It’s a very practical setup. We don't have any fancy decorations or soft music playing. We just focus on getting the procedures done and making sure everything is sanitized. The staff here has been working together for a while, so we have a good flow going. Sometimes it gets a bit cramped when we have a lot of people waiting, but we try to manage the schedule as best we can. Being at Navshakti chowk means we’re easy to find, which is good because some of our patients come from quite a distance. We’re just a local hospital trying to provide a service that people need. We spend our days checking machines and talking to patients who are often a bit nervous. It’s honest work, and we’re glad to be doing it here in Bhabhanagar.
