Bamboowings Foundation

Bamboowings Foundation is located at Sandip Mali’s place in Parola. It is not a big corporate office or anything like that. We just have a small setup here at 62/3 Morfal. Most days are spent talking to people from the local community and figuring out how we can help with whatever projects are going on. Being in a place like Parola means everyone knows everyone, so a lot of our work comes from word of mouth. We do not have a fancy website or a bunch of slogans. We just try to be useful where we can. The office is usually filled with papers and a couple of old desks. We drink a lot of tea while we plan our next steps. It can be slow going sometimes because resources are tight, but we keep at it. Working from this address keeps us close to the people we are trying to support. There is no dress code here, and we do not use big words to describe what we do. It is just honest work done by local people who care about their town. Sometimes we are out in the field all day and the office stays locked, but someone is usually around if you drop by. We are just a small foundation trying to do some good in our corner of the world without making a big fuss about it.
