Balaji Food Products

Working on Jail Road in Nashik Road isn't too bad, mostly it's just a lot of traffic passing by. We started Balaji Food Products because we wanted to do something local and food seemed right. It's a small place, nothing fancy. We spend most of our mornings getting things ready. Sometimes the machines act up but we fix them ourselves. We don't have a big team, just a few people who show up every day and get the work done. You'll find us right near the main road. It gets a bit noisy with the vehicles but that’s just how it is here. We mostly handle things for the local market around here. People know us by now. We don't really do much advertising because word of mouth usually works fine for us. There’s always something to clean or move around in the shop. We try to keep things simple. If you come by, you’ll see us busy with bags and boxes. It’s hard work, especially when it’s hot outside, but we’ve gotten used to it over the years. We like being part of this neighborhood. Nashik is changing fast but Jail Road still feels familiar. We just keep our heads down and focus on what we’re doing. It’s not a glamorous job but it pays the bills and keeps us busy. That's pretty much us. We like the routine of it all.
