Ayuryog Clinic

Ayuryog Clinic is situated in Indira Nagar, right by the Rathchakra Chowk. If you know the chowk, you can’t miss us. It’s a lively part of town, and there’s always something going on outside our windows. I started this place because I wanted to combine yoga and Ayurveda in a way that felt natural to my own life. The clinic is a simple setup. We have a small space for yoga and a couple of rooms for the Ayurvedic side of things. Indira Nagar is a great community to be part of. Most of the people who come here live just a few streets away. We don’t have a big corporate structure or a bunch of managers. It’s just me and a couple of others who help out with the classes and the treatments. Sometimes we get a bit behind schedule because we end up chatting too much with the regulars, but that’s just how we like it. We aren't looking to become a giant chain of clinics or anything. We just want to keep doing what we do at Rathchakra Chowk. The building isn't brand new, but it’s got a good feel to it. We keep things affordable for the neighbors and our talk simple. No big promises or fancy words. We just work with what we have and try to help people find a bit of balance in their busy lives. It’s a good way to spend the day, and we're glad to be here.
