Associated Arch & Engineers

Associated Arch & Engineers is located out in Kalwan, specifically at Vinod S. Shelar’s place near the Nisargalila Ropvatika on the Old Otur Road. It is a bit of a trek for some, but being out here in the Nashik district is actually quite nice compared to the crowded city centers. We spend our days looking at drawings and blueprints, mostly trying to figure out the best way to put things together for our clients. The office is right there in the middle of a lot of greenery, being near a nursery means there is always a bit of life around the site. We do a lot of architectural and engineering work for the local area and the surrounding towns in Maharashtra. Sometimes we have to go out on the road to check on a building site, which means getting dusty and spending a lot of time in the sun. Vinod and the rest of the crew are usually around if someone stops by with a question about a plan or a permit. It is not a very formal place. You will see rolls of paper everywhere and maybe a few cups of cold tea on the tables. We like being part of the Kalwan community and helping people build things that actually last. It is quiet work for the most part, but we stay busy enough with the projects that come our way through word of mouth.
