Art View

Art View is located at Shop Number 8 in the Tirumala Darshan Apartment. We are right on the Mumbai Agra Road, near the Suman Petrol Pump. Being on such a major road means there is always traffic going by, and we get a lot of people stopping in because they saw our sign while driving. The shop is on the ground floor of the apartment building. It’s a long, narrow space. We have the display area at the front and then the work area tucked in the back. Because we are near the petrol pump, it’s a very busy spot and there is always something happening outside. Inside, we have a few shelves where we keep our supplies and a big counter where we can lay things out to show people. The lighting is a bit yellowish, but it makes the place feel warm. We have a small radio that we keep on low in the background. Most of our day is spent at the back table working on various projects. We don't have any corporate training or big slogans. We just know how to do our work and we have been doing it here for a long time. The residents of Tirumala Darshan are used to us being here. We just open up, watch the cars go by on the Mumbai Agra Road, and get through our tasks. It’s a decent way to spend the day. Sometimes we have to step out to move the delivery bikes from the front.
