Arkstructura Consulting Engineers Private Limited is based out of Untawadi. We’re located at Row House No. 4 in Patil Prestige, right near Sambhaji Chowk. It’s easy to find if you know the area even a little bit. The office is actually part of Deore Sharad Anandrao’s place. We do a lot of engineering work here, mostly consulting and planning things out on paper or computers. It’s a small team, so everyone knows exactly what the other person is doing. The row house setup is nice because we have a bit more space than a cramped commercial building would offer. We usually start early in the morning before the traffic around Sambhaji Chowk gets too loud and distracting. There’s always plenty of tea and coffee going around while we look over drawings and technical calculations. We’re not the type of company that has big billboards or glossy brochures. We just do our engineering work and let that speak for itself at the end of the day. It’s a quiet life for the most part, just focusing on the technical side of things and making sure our clients are getting what they asked for. Untawadi is a familiar neighborhood for us, and being at Patil Prestige feels right. We don't use a lot of fancy words to describe what we do. We’re just engineers working out of a row house, trying to get the job done right every time we sit down at our desks to work.
