Our office is located in Shop No. 2A at Symphony Appt. It’s on Datta Mandir Road, very close to Green Park Colony. This part of Nashik Road is very familiar to us, and we have been operating out of this shop for a good while. It is a modest space. We have a few computers and one very large table where we spread out the big sheets of paper for everyone to see. It is often a bit disorganized with site samples, bricks, and measuring tapes lying all over the place. We don't really mind the mess because it shows we are busy. Being near Green Park Colony is nice because it is a little bit quieter than the main city center. We spend our days going back and forth to various building sites. Sometimes we have to spend hours at the municipal office trying to get things cleared. It is not the most exciting part of the work, but it has to be done. We are a small team, so we all end up doing a bit of everything. One day someone is drawing, and the next day they are checking a foundation in the sun. We don't have a formal dress code here. We just wear whatever is comfortable for walking around construction sites. People find us by word of mouth. They come in, take a seat, and we just talk about their plans.
