Anjali Food Spices

We are located at No.193 in the Anand Nagar area, specifically in the Additional M.I.D.C part. If you know the industrial zone, you know it’s a lot of gray buildings and busy people. Our spot is just one of many, but we’ve made it our own. Inside, it’s all about the spices. We spend a lot of time grinding and mixing things. It gets quite warm in the unit, especially during the summer months. We don’t have fancy air conditioning, just a few big fans that move the air around. We started this because we wanted to do something for ourselves. Most of our workers live nearby in Anand Nagar, so it feels like a neighborhood thing. We aren't some big corporate entity with a board of directors. It’s just a few of us making sure things look okay and the bags are sealed right. The M.I.D.C can be a bit overwhelming with all the noise, but we’ve gotten used to it over the years. We just focus on our own corner. People come by to pick up orders, and we usually have a quick chat before they head out. It’s a simple way to make a living, and we don't ask for much more than that. It keeps us busy and pays the bills, which is enough for us at the end of the day.
