You can find us over at G-68 in the MIDC area of Ambad. It’s a typical industrial setup with a lot of metal and heavy equipment laying around. We spend our days working on different pharmaceutical machines and making sure the parts fit together like they are supposed to. Anish Pharma Equip isn’t a huge place, but we have enough room to get the job done. The road outside can get pretty dusty when the trucks roll through, but that is just part of being in Ambad. We started out small and just kept at it, year after year. Most of the guys here are good with their hands and don't mind the grease or the noise of the tools. We don’t really bother with fancy uniforms or anything, just plain work clothes that can take a bit of a beating. Sometimes we stay late to finish up a piece of equipment that needs to go out the next morning. It’s not always easy, but it is steady work. We know most of the other shop owners on this block, so it feels like a little community. We have a small corner for tea and coffee where we take breaks. It’s a simple operation where we just try to keep things moving forward without making too much of a fuss. The floor is concrete, the roof is high, and there is always something that needs fixing or assembling.
