Ameet Metaplast Pvt. Ltd.

We are located over at Plot No. 70/1 on E Road in the MIDC area of Satpur. It is an industrial spot, so there is always the sound of machinery and trucks moving around nearby. Ameet Metaplast has been here for a while now. We do a lot of work with metals and plastics, which means the place can get a bit dusty and loud during the shift. It is a real working facility, not some polished corporate headquarters. We have the production area and then a small section for the office work. Most of us are out on the floor for a good part of the day anyway. We handle various manufacturing tasks and keep an eye on the quality of what is coming off the line. It is not the kind of place where you would ever wear a suit. We wear clothes that we do not mind getting a bit of grease or dust on. The weather in Satpur can get pretty hot in the summer months, so we just try to keep things ventilated and keep the work moving. We are not big on meetings that last for hours. We usually just talk about what needs to be done for the day and then go do it. It is a straightforward way to run a business. Our neighbors are other factories, so we all kind of understand the daily grind of manufacturing. We have got a steady crew here, some of whom have been with us for many years. We just keep our heads down.
