You can find us at Springfield Towers, in Flat B-3 on Gangapur Road. We’re right there in Nasik, near Savarkar Nagar. For a long time, we went by the name Al Aafaq Shipping & Customs Clearance Wll, at least up until May 2008. After that, things changed a bit, but the core of the work stayed the same. Customs clearance is a lot of waiting and a lot of very specific paperwork. If one stamp is in the wrong place, everything stops. We’ve spent years learning how to navigate all those rules so our customers don't have to worry about it too much. The office in Nasik is where we keep all the files and handle the calls. It isn't a high-tech hub, just a place with desks and some old cabinets. Shipping things internationally isn't as fast as people think. It takes a lot of coordination between different agencies and ports. We don't try to make it sound more exciting than it is. It’s mostly about being organized and staying on top of the regulations. The Gangapur Road area is pretty busy, so there’s always noise outside, but we’re used to it. We just focus on getting the cargo cleared and sent on its way. It’s what we know how to do. Most of the people working here have been around since before 2008, so we have plenty of experience with how things used to be and how they are now. It is steady work.
