Agrawal Malvade Patil & Associates

Our office, Agrawal Malvade Patil & Associates, is in Shantivan Apartment in the Sharanpur area of Nashik. We are located at Flat No 4, which is right across from the Uti Mutual Fund in Tilak Wadi. It is a fairly quiet neighborhood compared to the main market areas, which is something we actually quite like. The office is basically a converted apartment, so it has a more comfortable and homey feel than a cold office building might have. We have our desks set up in the main rooms and we spend most of our time there looking over documents and talking things through. It’s a small group of us working here. The Tilak Wadi area is convenient for us and for the people who need to come by and see us. We don't have a big receptionist desk or anything like that; usually, whoever is nearest the door just gets up to see who it is. We try to keep things tidy, but with all the files and paperwork, it can get a bit cluttered during the busier months. That is just how it is when you are dealing with a lot of details. We like being in Sharanpur because it is easy to get to and it feels like a real part of Nashik life. We just do our work, drink some tea, and handle the day as it comes.
