Met Institute Of Engineering

Our place is out in Adgaon, where things are a bit more open than the middle of the city. We spend most of our time here at the engineering institute, dealing with the students and the labs. It's a big campus, so there's always someone walking around or some project being worked on in the workshops. We don't really go for those flashy brochures. Most of us are just here to make sure the machines are running and the classes happen on time. The wind blows pretty hard across the grounds sometimes since we’re a bit out of the way. We’ve got a lot of different departments, but it all feels like one big community once you’ve been here a few months. The canteen is usually where everyone meets up to complain about the heat or talk about the latest gear we got. It's not a perfect place, the plumbing in the old wing acts up now and then, but it’s where we do our work. We focus on the practical side of engineering, like getting your hands on the actual equipment. Adgaon has changed a lot since the institute started, with more shops and houses popping up around us. We just keep our heads down and try to keep the place running as it should. It’s a long day sometimes, but seeing the projects come together is alright. We just want to make sure the engineering side stays solid.
