Adarsh Sainik Foundation

We are based in Deolali Camp on Dastgir Baba Road. Our house number is 895 and we are right near the workshop on Lam Road. Adarsh Sainik Foundation is run from this spot by people who have lived in Deolali for years. The camp area has a lot of history and we feel a strong connection to it. We aren't a big organization with a lot of money. Our office is basically just a few rooms in the house where we manage everything. It is a bit cluttered with papers and books, but it works for us. We don't have a professional staff or a marketing team to tell our story. We just talk to the people who live around Lam Road and see what is going on. Some days we spend all our time on the phone and other days we are out visiting neighbors. It is not a polished operation and we make mistakes sometimes, but we are honest about it. We started this foundation because we wanted to be useful to the people we see every day. The workshop nearby is a good landmark if you are trying to find us. We don't have any big slogans or fancy missions. We just show up every day and do what we can to help out in our own small way. It is just our way of helping out the place where we all grew up and still live.
