It’s a quiet residential area, which makes it a nice place to work. We aren't a big bank with thousands of branches. We are just a small Nidhi company trying to help the local people in Satpur. Our office is simple and straightforward. Most of our day is spent meeting with neighbors who want to save a little bit of money every month. Apna Ghar Colony is a good community, and we are happy to be a part of it. We don't use any complicated financial jargon. We just explain things as they are. If you want to join, there’s some paperwork to fill out, and that’s about it. We keep our records carefully in the office. It is important to us that everything is done correctly. We don't have a big staff or a polished marketing team. It’s just a few of us doing the daily tasks. People in Satpur know where to find us if they need anything. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to do a good job for the people who trust us. It is honest, local work. We like the pace of things here.
