A S Kothawade & Co is at Shop No 1 in the Shreeprakash Complex. We are located on Sharanpur Road in the Sharanpur area of Nashik. Kulkarni Garden is quite close to us, which is a nice spot to have nearby. Being in a shop-level unit makes it easy for people to just walk in without having to deal with elevators or long hallways. The complex is a mix of different businesses, so there’s always a bit of activity around. Our space is pretty basic. We have what we need to work—desks, computers, and files—but nothing that looks like it belongs in a magazine. It’s a real office for real work. Sharanpur Road is one of those places that’s always moving, so we get a lot of the city’s energy right outside our door. We like being near the garden because it makes the whole neighborhood feel a little more relaxed. People often use it as a reference point when they are trying to find us for the first time. We just open up in the morning, have our coffee, and get to it. There isn't any fancy mission statement on the wall, just the calendar and maybe a few notes pinned up. It’s a straightforward place where we handle our business and talk to our neighbors. The Shreeprakash Complex has been our home base for a bit, and it suits our style just fine. Most days are busy but we enjoy the local atmosphere here.
