77 Green Masala

You can find us at Plot No.-52 in Rangapura Village, which is not far from S.S Hospital in Patlad. Our setup is pretty straightforward. We spend our days dealing with green masalas and other local ingredients. The smell of fresh herbs is always around the plot, which is nice. We have a small shed where we do the grinding and the mixing. It gets pretty loud when the machines are running, so we usually have to shout to hear each other over the noise. We get our supplies from the nearby farms, so everything is usually quite fresh when it reaches us. The village is a quiet place for the most part, except for the hospital traffic nearby. We have a couple of old tables where we sort through the raw materials before they go into the mill. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to sit and wait for it to come back on, which gives us time to catch up on the local news. We don't have a website or anything like that; we just focus on the physical work right here on the plot. It is a lot of manual labor, cleaning the machines and bagging the powder, but we have a good rhythm going. Our families often help out when things get extra busy during the festival seasons.
