Our office is tucked away in Gadarwara, specifically at Etb Sundaram, where the Manager (P&A) handles most of the day-to-day stuff for Bla Ind.Pvt.Ltd. We are in the Narsinghpur district of Madhya Pradesh, pin 487551. It’s a pretty straightforward industrial setup. We spend a lot of time on administrative tasks and managing the personnel side of things for the company. The office isn't anything fancy; it's mostly desks, filing cabinets, and a lot of registers. Gadarwara is a quiet enough place, but the work keeps us moving. We deal with a lot of paperwork regarding the industrial operations and making sure the staff are all squared away. It’s the kind of job where you always have a pen behind your ear. The weather here in MP gets really hot, so the fans are always spinning in the office. We aren't here to give you a sales pitch. We just make sure the gears keep turning for the business. People come in to see Mr. Sundaram for all sorts of things, from leave applications to project updates. It’s a lot of coordination between the different departments. We just stay focused on the tasks at hand and try to get home on time. It’s a practical environment where everyone knows their role and just gets on with it. We just make sure the paperwork is filed correctly and the workers are looked after.
