About Sai Bike Mechanic Centre – Repair & Maintenance in Narsampet
If you go to house number 2-95 in Chennaraopet, you will find my bike shop. It is not a big garage with shiny floors, just a place with plenty of oil on the ground and tools scattered on the wooden workbench. I spend most of my time with grease on my hands fixing up local bikes and scooters. People bring in their machines when the engine starts making a funny noise or the brakes feel soft. I have got my wrenches and a compressor that kicks on loudly every now and then. It is a simple setup right at the house. You can usually hear me working from the street if you are passing by. I do not have a receptionist or anything like that. If I am under a bike, you might have to wait a minute for me to stand up and wipe my hands on a rag. I see a lot of the same faces from around Chennaraopet. They know I have been doing this for a while. Sometimes it is just a quick chain tightening or an oil change, and other times I have to pull the whole thing apart to see what is wrong inside the engine. I keep some spare parts on the shelves, but if it is something rare, we have to wait for the delivery to arrive. It is honest work and it keeps me busy from morning until the sun goes down. There is always another bike needing attention.
