Mounika Bakery

Mounika Bakery is located at H. No -1-46/11. It’s a small place, mostly just a kitchen and a counter where we put out what we’ve made for the day. We start very early, usually while most people are still asleep, to get the ovens going. The smell of bread usually fills the air by dawn. We don't have a huge variety, just the things we know how to make well and what people in the neighborhood like to buy. It’s a lot of work being on your feet all day, but we are used to it by now. The shop is a bit cramped, especially when we have a lot of flour bags delivered. We don't have a fancy seating area or anything like that. Most people just pop in, grab what they need, and head out. It’s a local spot where you see the same faces every morning. Sometimes we run out of things earlier than expected, but that's just how it goes with small batches. We don't use any big machines, just some basic ovens and our hands. It's a simple life. We don't bother with fancy packaging or logos. We just wrap things up and hand them over. It keeps us busy and we like being part of the daily routine for the folks living around here.
