Anil Bakery is over in Rangampally, specifically at H.No:-4-35/1 in Laknepally. We start very early in the morning when most people are still asleep. The first thing we do is light the ovens. The smell of baking bread starts to fill the street before the sun is even up. We make various things like buns, biscuits, and some local cakes. It’s a lot of hard work and your hands are always covered in flour by six in the morning. The shop is small and we have a counter where people come to buy their breakfast. We know most of the people in Rangampally by name. They stop by on their way to work or send their kids to get some fresh bread. It’s a hot job because of the ovens, especially in the summer months when it’s already boiling outside. We don't have any fancy decorations or air conditioning. Just the racks of food and the register. Sometimes we run out of things early and have to tell people to come back tomorrow. We do our best to keep everything fresh for the neighborhood. It’s just a regular local bakery. We have been here for a while and we plan to stay. It’s nice to see people enjoying what we make. We just keep baking and selling every single day.
