Shri Krishna Brijwasi

Our place is located in Dharuhera, near the Hero Honda company in Maal Pura. It's a busy industrial area, so we get a lot of workers coming in. We've been here in the Rewari district for quite some time now. The building is simple and we have a sign outside so people don't miss us. It’s mostly men coming in for a quick bite before their shifts start or after they finish. We serve tea and some snacks, along with regular meals. The atmosphere is very casual. You might see people sitting and talking for a long time if they have the day off. I handle most of the cooking myself with one helper who does the dishes. We buy our vegetables from the local market every morning. It's not a quiet place because of the factory nearby, but it's full of life. We don't have air conditioning, just some ceiling fans that stay on all day. The floor is concrete and we sweep it several times to keep the dust away. Some people stop by while traveling on the highway since we aren't too far from it. We don't do any big promotions or have a fancy logo. It’s just a name on a board and good food on the plates. We take pride in just being a reliable spot for the local community to eat.
