Needs Career

We are located in Dharuhera, right near Sector-4 on Sohna Road. It's in the Rewari district. It’s a busy spot with all the big trucks and traffic passing through all day and night. Needs Career is just a small operation. We focus on helping people find work in this local area. There are a lot of factories and plants around here, so there’s always someone looking for a job. We spend our days talking to people who walk in off the street. Some have a lot of experience and some have none at all. We try to find a place for everyone who comes through the door. The office is simple, just a few chairs and a desk. We don’t have fancy air conditioning, just some ceiling fans that work pretty hard in the summer months. It gets quite dusty because of the big road nearby, but we keep things as clean as we can. We aren’t some big agency from the city. We’re just local folks who know the businesses around Dharuhera. If a factory needs a worker, they call us. If someone needs a job to support their family, they come see us. It’s a straightforward way of doing things. We don’t make big promises that we can't keep. We just see what’s available and tell people the truth about the work. It’s honest work and it keeps us busy. We’ve been here for a while and we know the local scene pretty well.
