Ice Cream Parlour

Our Ice Cream Parlour is located in Shivaji Nagar, right near the Old Court and not too far from the animal hospital. It’s a practical location here in Mahendergarh. We get a lot of people who are waiting for their business at the court or folks who are just passing through this part of town on errands. The shop is quite basic inside. We have some white walls and a few benches where people can sit if they aren't in a hurry to get back to the heat. Being near the animal hospital means we see a lot of people coming and going all day long. It’s not the quietest street, but it has a good energy to it. We spend a lot of our time just maintaining the equipment. In a place like Mahendergarh, you really have to make sure the cooling stays consistent or everything melts in an hour. We don't use any complicated systems, just a couple of reliable deep freezers. I usually open up around ten in the morning and stay until the sun goes down and the street starts to quiet down. The sign outside is a bit old now, and the paint is peeling in the corners, but everyone in Shivaji Nagar knows where we are. We don't spend much on advertising because the people walking to the court usually see us anyway. It’s a simple business for a simple neighborhood, and that seems to work well.
