Shri Rajpipla Amar Carbon Chemical Industry

Our place is located on Mahavidhyalaya Road in Vadia, which is part of the Rajpipla area in Narmada. We have been working with carbon and chemicals here for a good number of years. It is not the cleanest work in the world, as you can probably imagine with carbon, but it is what we do. The facility is set up to handle the processing, and we have a small crew that keeps the operations running throughout the week. Most of us live nearby, so the commute is not too bad. We do not spend much time on fancy office work. Most of the day is spent out on the floor making sure the batches are coming out right. Sometimes things get a bit messy, and the equipment needs extra attention, but we just deal with it as it comes. We are not looking to be the biggest industry around, just a reliable spot in the district. The local weather can get pretty dry, which affects how we handle certain materials, but we have learned the tricks of the trade over time. It is a practical environment here. We have our routines, we take our breaks together, and we make sure the orders are ready when they need to be. There is no corporate ladder to climb here, just a group of people putting in the hours and making sure the business stays on its feet.
