Era Infra Engineering Ltd is based at A-138, Shardha Puri in Kanker. It’s a straightforward setup where we handle the engineering and infrastructure projects that come our way. We aren’t a big fancy operation with a lot of polish. Most of our time is spent dealing with the realities of construction and technical planning. The office in Shardha Puri is where the planning happens before we head out to the job sites. Kanker has its own way of doing things, and we’ve adapted to that over time. Our work isn't always clean or easy. There are plenty of days where we’re just trying to solve a problem with a foundation or figure out a logistics issue. We started this company because we wanted to work for ourselves and we had the engineering background to do it. We don’t go in for big advertisements or corporate slogans. We just focus on the work itself. If you come by the office, you’ll probably see a lot of blueprints and maybe some muddy boots by the door. That’s just how it is when you’re actually doing the work. We’ve had some long nights making sure projects stay on track, but that’s part of the deal. We’re just a local business trying to do our part and keep the projects moving along as they should. It’s a lot of work, but we’re used to it by now. We don't have all the answers, but we usually find a way to get things done eventually.
