Out here in Narayanpet, specifically at H NO 6-112 in Dhanwada, we run Narayanpet Aarunya Handloom Handicrafts & Organics Producer Company Limited. It is a long name for a place that is actually quite simple. We work with handlooms and organic products that come from around this area. Life in Dhanwada has its own rhythm, and our work follows that. We deal with weavers and people who make things by hand, which takes time and a bit of patience. Our office isn't anything special to look at, just a place where we keep the records and meet with the producers. Some days are slow, and other days everyone is rushing to finish a batch of goods. We don’t really do the whole corporate thing. We just talk to the locals and see what they’ve made. The weather affects the work sometimes, especially with the organics, but we manage. Being a producer company means we are all in this together, trying to make a living from what we can grow or weave. You won’t find any polished sales pitches here. We just show the items and let the work speak for itself. It’s hard work, and the sun can be brutal in Narayanpet, but we’ve been at it for a while now. We just stay focused on the looms and the fields. We don't have much else to say really, we just keep working.
