Our office for Venkatareddy & Company is over at 9-633-5 in Srirampuram. This part of Varavakatta is usually quite lively, especially during the market hours. We spend our days dealing with various supplies and managing the inventory we have on hand. It is a very practical sort of business. The building we are in is nothing special to look at, but it serves its purpose for our needs. We have a small desk where the main ledger stays, and we still do a lot of things by hand because it just feels more reliable to us. The heat in Srirampuram can be tough in the middle of the day, so we usually take a short break when it’s at its worst. We don’t have a marketing team or anyone to tell us how to sound professional. We just talk to our customers like regular people because that’s what we are. Sometimes the shipments are late and it causes a bit of a headache, but we just deal with it as it comes. The walls inside are a bit yellowed from age and the fans make a bit of a clicking noise, but we don’t mind it much. It’s a local operation and we’ve been part of this community for years.
