Revathi Plastics

We are over in Arundelpet, specifically at 9-6-84, Ameensaheb Palem. Revathi Plastics is a small operation that’s been running for a while now. We mostly deal with everyday plastic items that people need for their houses or small businesses. The area around here is a mix of houses and shops, so we see a lot of different faces throughout the day. Our place isn't anything special to look at. It’s just a functional building where we keep our inventory and do our books. I usually spend my mornings checking what needs to be ordered and my afternoons dealing with whatever walk-ins come through the door. It’s not a glamorous job, but it’s what we know how to do. We don't have a lot of fancy equipment or a big staff. It’s mostly just family and a few helpers who have been with us for years. We’ve had to deal with the usual problems, like power cuts or the roof leaking during the monsoon, but we just fix it and move on. We don't spend time writing mission statements or anything like that. We just want to make sure the shop stays stocked and the customers get what they need. It’s a quiet life for the most part, even if the street gets a bit loud. We’ve lived in this neighborhood forever, so we know everyone’s business and they know ours. It feels like home.
