Narasaraopeta Institute Of Pharmaceutical Sciences

Our school, the Narasaraopeta Institute Of Pharmaceutical Sciences, sits right on Kotappakonda Road in the Yellamanda area. It’s a busy road, so there is always the sound of traffic passing by our front gate. We’ve been here for a good while, and most people in the neighborhood know where we are. We don't have a lot of fancy signs or polished brochures. It’s just a place for learning about medicines and how they work. The building is big enough to hold all our labs and the lecture halls where the students spend most of their day. We try to keep the equipment in good shape, though it’s a lot of work with so many people using it. The staff room is usually full of half-drunk tea cups and stacks of papers that need marking. It’s a very normal, everyday kind of place. We don't have a lot of rules about things that don't matter, but we are strict about the lab work because that's important. During the monsoon, the yard gets a bit muddy, but we manage. We have a small group of people working here who have been around since the start. It’s a steady rhythm of classes and exams. We don't try to impress anyone with big talk. We just do our jobs and help the students get through their courses so they can move on to whatever is next for them.
