If you know this area, you know it’s famous for lime and minerals, so it’s always a bit white with dust around here. We’ve been part of this landscape for a while. Our daily routine is mostly about processing and bagging materials. It’s a very physical job. We have trucks coming in and out all day, and the yard is usually full of activity. We aren't a corporate giant with a glass building. Our office is just a small brick room with a fan and a few chairs. We spend most of our time outside or in the production area anyway. The sun in Pidiguralla can be really unforgiving, so we start our shifts as early as possible. We don't use any fancy language to describe what we do. We just process chemicals and make sure they get loaded onto the right trucks.
