Suketi Road in Kalamb is where you can find us. Symbiosis Pharmaceutical Pvt. Ltd. has its home here in Sirmore, and it’s been that way for quite some time now. It isn't a flashy place with glass walls or big signs. It's just a sturdy building where we get our work done every day. The road can be a bit bumpy, and when it rains, it gets muddy around the entrance, but we don’t mind much. Most of the staff comes from nearby villages, so we all know each other. In the mornings, there’s usually a bit of a rush to get the machines warmed up and the first batch started. We don’t have a fancy reception area. If you walk in, you’ll likely see someone carrying boxes or checking a clipboard. We focus on what needs to be made and getting it out the door on time. It's a lot of repetitive work, but it’s important. We have our small lunchroom where we talk about local news or how the crops are doing. Sirmore is a nice place to be, even if it feels a bit tucked away from the main cities. We like the quiet here when the machines aren't running. It’s just an honest business trying to do things the right way. We don't spend money on big ads. We just stick to our routine and keep the facility running as best as we can.
