We are located at Plot No.35 in the Belavadi Industrial Area. Rupani Agrotech Pvt. Ltd. is basically a big warehouse and some yard space. It is not the kind of place you come to for a shopping experience. It’s an industrial zone, so everything around here is built for work. We have concrete floors and high ceilings. The air usually smells a bit like machinery or the stuff we’re moving that day. We handle agrotech supplies, which means a lot of loading and unloading from trucks. It’s a busy spot during the week. We have a small office tucked into the corner, but it’s mostly just for filing papers and taking a break. There are no fancy decorations or anything. The furniture is old and a bit worn out. We don’t see many walk-in customers since we’re in the industrial belt of Belavadi. Most of our day is spent talking to drivers and checking inventory lists. It can get pretty dusty when the wind picks up across the industrial plots. We just focus on getting the orders ready and making sure everything is where it should be. It’s a practical way to spend the day. We aren't a big corporation with lots of meetings. We just get the work done. The neighbors are all doing similar things, so it’s a focused environment. It is just a regular workplace for our team.
