You can find us at 789 in Bommalapura, right here in Gundlupet. We are a small group of developers working on local projects. Most of us grew up around here, so we care about what happens to the land in this town. It is a bit of a trek for some people to get out to us, but we like it this way. The office is pretty basic with just a couple of desks and some chairs for visitors. We handle a lot of land development stuff, mostly residential. We aren't doing any massive skyscrapers or anything like that. Just solid work for the local community. Sometimes the power goes out in the afternoon, so we just sit outside and talk until it comes back on. It’s a slower pace of life in Gundlupet compared to the big cities. We deal with a lot of farmers and local families looking to build something for their kids. There is always some dust on the shoes and mud on the floor from the sites we visit. We try to be honest about how long things take because construction is never as fast as you want it to be. We’ve got a few projects going on at the moment that keep us pretty busy.
