We are located over at 12A in the Industrial Area. It’s a busy spot with trucks coming and going all the time. At & S India has been part of this neighborhood for a good while. The building isn't much to look at from the outside, but we have a lot going on inside. It’s mostly manufacturing work. We have shifts running, so there’s always someone here. The noise from the nearby factories is just part of the background now. We deal with a lot of technical stuff. It's a Private Limited setup, but we try to keep things grounded. The floor is usually busy with people moving around. We don't spend much time on fancy talk. We just focus on the production schedule. If the machines are running, we're happy. Sometimes things break down and we have to scramble to fix them. That’s just part of the job in an industrial zone. We have a small canteen where we all eat. It’s not fancy food, but it’s good enough for us. We see the same faces every day. It’s a community of workers. We aren't trying to be anything we’re not. We just do our part in the supply chain. It’s steady work. We keep our heads down and try to do a decent job every single day. The industrial area can be a bit dusty and loud, but it is home for us. We know most of the guys at the other units around here too.
