Our facility is out at 377/1 (15) on Zari Causeway Road in Kachigam Village. It’s a bit of a drive if you’re coming from the main city, but this is where the industrial work happens. Kachigam Village has a lot of places like ours tucked away along the roads. We spend most of our time on the production floor, so if you call and we don't pick up right away, it’s probably because of the noise from the machines. The setup is pretty functional with high ceilings and plenty of room for the materials we use. We aren't big on fancy decorations or anything like that. The walls are mostly covered in schedules and safety notices. Living and working around Zari Causeway Road means you get used to the trucks moving in and out all day long. We have a small group of workers who have been with us for a long time, and they pretty much run the show when it comes to the technical stuff. Most days are about hitting targets and making sure the equipment is behaving itself. It can be tiring work, especially when the weather gets humid, but it’s what we know how to do. We just keep our heads down and focus on the output. It’s not a glamorous business, but it’s steady and it keeps everyone busy. We like the straightforward nature of industrial work here in the village.
