Our company, Ecologic Building System Pvt. Ltd., is based in Bathu in the Una district. We’re quite near Nangal, Punjab, so we get a lot of people coming from that side too. The area here is a bit quieter than the big cities, which we like. We work on building systems that are supposed to be better for the environment. It involves a lot of planning and looking at materials. The office is functional, nothing too fancy. We have a few samples of our systems lying around for people to look at. The weather in Una can be quite varied, and that affects how we work sometimes. We have a team that really knows the technical side of things. We aren't trying to sell anyone on a dream, just providing practical building solutions. Most of the people working here have been with us since we started at the Bathu location. We often have coffee together in the mornings before the real work starts. It’s a friendly atmosphere. Being near Nangal means we’re connected to the larger region, but we still feel like a local operation. We just focus on the projects at hand and try to get the details right. It’s a steady pace of work. We aren't in a rush to be the biggest, just to do the job properly. That's how we keep going every day.
