YNR Constructions is located right in Allagadda. Our address is 1-5, 1-6, and we've been operating out of this part of Kurnool for a bit now. It is a local operation through and through. We spend most of our time out on the roads or at different sites around the town. Construction is tough work and there are always things that don't go exactly to plan, like rain or getting the right bricks delivered on time. We don't have a big corporate office with glass walls or anything like that. It's just a practical place where we keep our files and meet up in the morning before heading out. Allagadda is a good place to be based because we know the people and the land around here. Most of our guys have lived in Andhra Pradesh their whole lives. We handle the usual building stuff that comes up. Sometimes it's a small repair and other times it's something bigger that takes months. We just take it one day at a time and try to finish what we started. If you walk past our place, you'll probably see us drinking tea and talking about the next load of cement. We aren't trying to be the biggest company, just trying to keep the work steady and the quality decent enough for our neighbors. It's a lot of sweating in the sun, but that's the job we chose. We just keep our heads down and work.
