Our place is situated right near the D Ed College in Dhadgaon, which is a bit of a quiet spot in the Nandurbar area. We spend most of our time looking after the fermenting tanks and making sure the temperature stays where it should. It’s a lot of waiting around, to be honest. Growing grapes and turning them into something drinkable takes a lot of patience that most people don't see. We aren't some big fancy vineyard with a tasting room and velvet curtains. It’s mostly just us in our work boots, checking the brix levels and washing out barrels. The address is 234 June Dhadgaon, and we’ve been at it for a bit now. Sometimes the weather doesn't play nice, and that makes the work a lot harder, but we get through it. There is always something to clean or a valve to fix. We don't have a big marketing team telling us what to say. We just make the wine and hope the bottles turn out okay. It’s hard work, and your hands end up stained most of the time. People around here know where we are if they need anything. We don't put on airs about it. It’s a business like any other, focused on the fruit and the timing. Sometimes the harvest is great, and sometimes it's just okay, but we keep the lights on and the tanks full. It’s just a small group of us trying to make a decent product out here in the countryside.
